To those who may concern:

Residence permit renewal will be addressed at OEC ONLY in the following days during 2017 winter vacation:

Jan 24 (Tuesday) 9:00am---11:00am

Jan 25 (Wednesday) 9:00am---11:00am

Please check your visa expiry date, choose a right time and come to OEC Student Affairs Office to renew it at least one week ahead of the expiry date.

Attention:

1. If it is the first time for you to renew visa at OEC, please bring a copy your Physical Examination report (light green).

2. If your old JW202 form will expire during winter vacation, please fill the Application Form for New JW202 (download from our website) and get new JW202 from OEC Admission Office before your visa renewal.
